Mosaic
The Mosaic effect allows you to create a pixelated version of your video clip. The effect is similar to the effect used on television shows to hide a person's identity or to cover objectionable material. The effect is tweenable, so you can also use it as an interesting transition. See the "Tips and Tricks" section for details on how to do that.

Settings
 





















You can vary the size of the tiles produced by changing the “Tile Size” setting. Larger sizes will make the image look more blocky.

If you are using an application which displays “tweenable” settings, you will see 2 sliders for “Tile Size”. The first slider controls the tile size at the start of the clip, while the second slider controls the tile size at the end of the clip.
